2022 Berg Engineering Staff Awards

Recognition within an organisation helps employees to realise how much their company values them, and that individual success helps to build their team and in-turn the overall organisation.

This is a vital factor which plays a key role when an organisation grows. It helps employees to build a sense of esteem which then motivates them to continue their great work towards a company’s goals.

Berg staff have been celebrated for their career achievements and significant contribution to our clients, with the winners of the 2022 Berg Engineering Annual Staff Awards announced at the 50 year celebrations in Brisbane (November 5) and Gladstone (November 12).

Berg Engineering Chief Executive Officer, Derek Berg, congratulated the staff for their outstanding contributions to providing world-class service to our clients across the globe.

“These recipients deserve to be recognised for going above and beyond in their dedication to our company and clients, Mr Berg said.

“I’d also like to take this opportunity to thank all of the highly skilled Berg staff for the excellent work they do across our workshops.”

“Congratulations to the winners and a huge thank you to every one of Berg staff for all that you do. You are all so valued.”
