Meet our Founders - Roger and Pam Berg

Passionate, driven, and hardworking are just a few of the words to describe our two founders.

Known as much for their efforts in the local community as they are for being the pioneering minds behind the birth of Berg Engineering, their defining traits can clearly be seen in the company they built back in 1972.

Humble beginnings - Roger & Pam Berg establish Berg Engineering
  • Worked on Australian house hold names such as the Hills Hoist; Rover Motors; Chair Pins and Wheelie Bins Keith Pavey - First employee commences
  • Future CEO born - Derek Berg
