We recently completed the assembly of a 7.5-tonne bauxite unloader grab bucket supporting bulk material handling operations at a major port facility.
With a capacity of 10.7 m³, this heavy-duty asset plays a critical role in unloading bauxite from incoming vessels, enabling continuous downstream refining operations.
Our scope included precision assembly of the bucket halves, arms, and sheave blocks, along with controlled shrink-fitting of pins and keeper plates to ensure structural integrity, alignment accuracy, and long-term reliability under load.
Large-scale equipment demands disciplined execution and engineering precision.
