Wayne MacDonald joined the Berg Group as Chief Financial Officer in November 2019. Wayne is an executive MBA & Chartered Accountant with 20+ year’s large multi-national corporate experience being both a strategic and operational business partner.

He has held positions as a Chief Financial Officer and executive director in Australia, USA, South Africa, New Zealand, Indonesia, Philippines, PNG, Canada and Malaysia.

Wayne’s strength is working with people where he has a consultative style of management which considers the concerns and views of key stakeholders to enable strategic growth, manage operational risk and provide effective solutions.
