With over 30 years of experience in manufacturing, including 12 years specialising in estimating, Paul brings a wealth of industry knowledge and leadership to his role as General Manager, Customer Value at Berg Engineering. His career spans the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Aerospace sectors, where he has developed deep expertise in Workshop Machining, Quality systems, Project Management, and Welding Documentation.
Paul’s broad skill set includes client, risk, and financial management, along with continuous improvement, quality assurance, supervision, planning, and estimating. Guided by the principle to “Always Be Better”, he is committed to delivering exceptional outcomes for customers, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards of quality.
