We’re pleased to welcome Glenn Bereicua to the Berg Engineering team as Operations Manager of our Gladstone workshop.

Glenn brings over 15 years of experience across mining maintenance, construction, and engineering, having led projects in the gas, gold, and coal sectors. He has a proven track record of operational leadership, continuous improvement, and delivering outcomes in complex industrial environments.

Known for his structured approach to scheduling and planning, Glenn is a hands-on leader with a passion for building strong, trust-based relationships across teams and clients. His focus on safety, team cohesion, and business efficiency makes him a great addition to our Gladstone operations.
