Patrick brings over 25 years of experience in the heavy industrial sector, with a strong background in operations management, strategic planning, and business development.

Throughout his career, Patrick has demonstrated exceptional leadership in optimising operational processes and driving growth within complex industrial environments.

His expertise encompasses overseeing large-scale manufacturing operations, implementing efficiency improvements, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve organisational objectives.

In his new role as COO, Patrick will be responsible for managing Berg’’s Australian operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality engineered solutions that enhance asset performance and longevity for our clients.

His appointment aligns with Berg’s commitment to operational excellence and supports our strategic expansion into new markets, including Southeast Asia.
